The Annex is our largest space within The Loft at 8th Avenue. A modern, industrial space with natural wood, exposed-strut ceilings, polished cement floors, clean, neutral walls and built-in AV booth and bar.
A versatile space for any event
The space has an expanse of retractable doors that seamlessly open to our Outdoor Patio allowing your guests to enjoy indoor/outdoor functions and take advantage of Portland’s temperate year-round climate. A custom 30X60 tent is included October through March and can be rented April through September.
The Annex and Outdoor Patio can host an array of events—from wedding ceremonies and receptions to high-energy non-profit auctions and company events.
Dedicated Audio / Visual
Our dedicated AV company, Really BIG Video, assists with our in-house equipment. The audio system will be a high-powered distributed down throw system. The design and selection of this system allows maximum flexibility to handle auctions, weddings, and corporate keynote presenters. The projection system will consist clear span walls to project on most wall surfaces to handle full HD content.
Rental of the Annex and Outdoor Patio includes use of our:
- Green Room
- Foyer – acts as the main entrance for Annex and Outdoor Patio and welcomes guests with vibrantly colored walls, cement floors and beautifully finished reclaimed wooden ceilings and built-in bar
- Tasting Rooms – can serve as additional cocktail/lounge space
